This page explains which data FanGuide processes, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights. Creators find their dedicated notice at notice for creators. The Italian version is the binding one.

Controller

Bastavo di Davide Benvenuti — Via Gozzano 44, 19032 Lerici (SP), Italia — P.IVA 01589170115. Email: info@fanguide.it.

1. Visitors

  • No cookies, no accounts, no banner. The only thing stored in your browser is your “I am over 18” choice (local storage, not a cookie, never sent anywhere).
  • Cookie-free statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregate counts, no identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
  • Technical logs kept briefly by Cloudflare for security (IP, page, time, browser). Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Search runs in your browser: what you type is not sent to our servers.

2. Forms (reviews, claims, removals, reports)

  • Reviews: nickname, score, four answers, optional text, language. No email or name. We store a daily-changing fingerprint of your IP (the IP cannot be recovered from it) only to stop abuse. Published reviews stay as long as the page exists; rejected ones are deleted within 90 days.
  • Claims, removals, reports: OnlyFans username, email, name if given, text of the request, IP fingerprint. Kept 24 months after the case is closed.
  • Legal basis: performing your request (art. 6.1.b) and legitimate interest in preventing abuse (art. 6.1.f). We never use your email for newsletters or advertising.

3. Creators on the pages

Pages show the data each creator made public on her OnlyFans profile to promote herself: profile name, username, profile and cover picture, presentation (cleaned of explicit details), stated city, subscription price, counts of posts, photos, videos and likes, social links from the profile, join date and last public activity. We do not process subscriber-only content, messages, payment data, emails or phone numbers.

  • Source: the public OnlyFans profile, read through a technical provider (OnlyFansAPI) that accesses public pages only.
  • Purpose: let fans find Italian creators and their official links; protect creators from sites pushing fake profiles or stolen content.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), balanced against the creators’: the data is what the creator publishes to be found, the use is the same, every creator can object in one click, no paid content is shown. Having an activity on an adult platform is data the person manifestly made public (art. 9.2.e).
  • Retention: while the profile is public and active; deleted or empty profiles are removed at the weekly updates; profiles removed on request go on an exclusion list (username only) so they are not recreated.
  • Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction. Fastest way: the removal or correction form, answered within 72 hours and in any case within the 30 days set by law.

4. Recipients and transfers

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, network, cookie-free analytics): data may be processed in the EU and the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
  • OnlyFansAPI (reading public profiles): receives the usernames to read, not visitor data.
  • No data is sold, shared for advertising or passed to ad networks. The site has no ads.

5. Minors

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect minors’ data; a report about a possible minor takes priority over everything (report).

6. Complaints

You can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your country’s authority. Write to us first if you like: it is usually solved in a day.
