How FanGuide works
FanGuide is a directory of Italian OnlyFans creators built for people who search, not for people who want to advertise. This page explains, plainly, how it works.
Where the data comes from
Every page is built from the creator’s public OnlyFans profile, the page anyone can see without subscribing: name, profile picture, cover, stated city, subscription price, number of posts, photos, videos and likes, and the social links the creator herself put on her profile. We never go inside a profile: no subscriber-only content, no messages, no paid media.
We keep only creators who state they are Italian or live in Italy: an Italian city on the profile, a bio in Italian or one that says so. A foreign creator living in Milan is in; an Italian living in London too, if she says so.
Data is re-checked every week. Deleted or empty profiles are removed. Every page shows the date of its last update.
How the ranking is built
The “most followed” ranking sorts creators by number of likes on the OnlyFans profile, with a small bonus for recent activity and for a linked Instagram profile. That’s all: no page can buy a position, no editorial vote, no hidden criteria.
The two creators in the “Editor’s picks” box are FanGuide’s partner creators. We know them, we verified their links ourselves and every page says so. They sit in a separate box precisely so they are never confused with the numbers-only ranking.
What “verified” means
You will see three different labels and they mean different things:
- Verified by OnlyFans: OnlyFans verified the creator’s identity (the blue check on her profile). We show it as is.
- Partner creator: FanGuide verified the creator and her links in person.
- Official links: links to Instagram, TikTok, X and Telegram come from the creator’s OnlyFans profile or her link-in-bio page. When a creator claims her page, she confirms them.
Fan reviews carry the “verified purchase” label only when the reviewer showed us the OnlyFans receipt (which we then delete). All others are “unverified”: we publish them after a human check, but we cannot know whether the reviewer really subscribed. We say so because the law requires it and because it is fair.
No sponsored results
On FanGuide nobody can buy positions, clicks or “featured” cards. The big foreign directories sell creators the top of the results, and fans complain: “every result is sponsored”. Here the search returns what you searched for, in the order of the numbers.
Creators are in control
If you are a creator and your page is here:
- Claim your page for free from For creators: we give you a code to put in your OnlyFans or Instagram bio for a few hours, we read it, and from then on the page is yours. You can fix city and links, reply to reviews, choose the photo.
- Correct a wrong detail or ask for removal from Removal or correction. We answer within 72 hours and the page disappears from the site and the search. No questions, no cost.
- If you find content that should not be here, use Report content.
What you will never find here
No explicit images, no content taken from inside profiles, no stolen content, no ratings of people’s looks. FanGuide exists to find a creator and get an honest picture before subscribing, not to replace OnlyFans.
