Notice for creators (art. 14 GDPR)

Updated: 10 October 2026

This is the notice required by art. 14 GDPR for people who, like you, have data on FanGuide without giving it to us directly. In short: we only use what you made public on your OnlyFans profile, to help people find you; you can correct or remove everything in one click.

Who processes the data

Bastavo di Davide Benvenuti — Via Gozzano 44, 19032 Lerici (SP), Italia — P.IVA 01589170115 — info@fanguide.it.

Where the data comes from

Your public OnlyFans profile (the page visible without subscribing), read through the technical provider OnlyFansAPI, and the links you yourself put on the profile or in your link-in-bio page. We never enter the profile, read messages or see subscriber-only content.

Which data

  • profile name and username;
  • profile and cover picture, reduced in size (never other images);
  • presentation, automatically cleaned of explicit sentences;
  • the city you stated in the “location” field;
  • subscription price, counts of posts, photos, videos and likes, OnlyFans verification mark;
  • social links from the profile (Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, link in bio);
  • join date and last public activity.

Not processed: real name, documents, email, phone, address, payment data, paid content.

Why

To let Italian fans find your official profile and your real links instead of stolen-content sites and fake profiles. It is the same purpose for which you make your profile public.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), assessed as follows: the data is what you publish to be found; the use matches your purpose; nothing private is shown; we give no opinions about your looks; you can object at any time and we act within 72 hours. Having a profile on an adult platform is data you manifestly made public (art. 9.2.e).

For how long

While the profile is public and active. Data is re-read weekly; if the profile disappears or empties, the page is removed. If you ask for removal, your username goes on an exclusion list so the page is never recreated.

Who sees it

Site visitors (data already public), Cloudflare (hosting) and the provider reading public profiles. No sale, no advertising, no ad networks.

Your rights, in practice

  • Be removed: removal or correction form, within 72 hours, no questions.
  • Correct city, links, name, photo: same form, or claim the page and do it yourself.
  • Reply to fan reviews after claiming.
  • Access, restriction, portability: write to info@fanguide.it. Complaints: Italian Data Protection Authority.
